ToolPronto
Privacy at ToolPronto
ToolPronto processes the work of its tools in your browser, but that does not make ordinary website visits anonymous. This page separates local tool data from hosting and analytics data.

Your tool work stays local
Images, pasted or typed text, QR contents, calculations, color values, generated files, filenames and tool results are not uploaded to a ToolPronto application server. ToolPronto has no account system, application API or application database.
If you explicitly copy, download or share something, the browser and the destination you choose handle that action. Human-readable shared tool state uses the URL fragment after #; fragments are excluded from ToolPronto analytics page locations and are not sent in the initial HTTP request.
What this browser may save
ToolPronto stores only the following repeat-use data locally. These records are versioned and treated as untrusted browser data.
- Favorites: canonical tool identifiers.
- Focus Timer: timer state and selected work and break lengths.
- Pick & Split: the last list entered.
- Counter: boards, labels, values, targets and settings.
- Typing Test: personal bests by language and test length.
- Time Zone Planner: selected zones and reference settings.
- Unit Converter: the last category and unit choices.
- Installed/offline use: same-origin pages and app assets in browser Cache Storage. Tool inputs and generated files are not placed in that cache.
Google Analytics starts without an in-site choice
Normal pages load Google Analytics 4 for measurement property G-546TWXDS9R before you make a choice on ToolPronto. There is no ToolPronto consent banner or first-party analytics switch in this release. This is an owner risk decision, not a statement that the setup is legally approved in every market.
Google may receive the page path without its URL fragment, browser and device details, approximate geography derived from the IP address, session or user identifiers and a first-party identifier such as the _ga cookie. Local processing of tool content does not make this browsing measurement anonymous.
ToolPronto sends the default page view plus fixed, content-free events: tool start, tool completion, a fixed safe error category, fixed share metadata and PWA installation. It does not send files, filenames, entered text or lists, counter state, image properties, results, search terms, URL fragments, user IDs or user properties, or arbitrary event parameters.
Code sets Google Signals and ad-personalization signals to false. The property owner must also keep unwanted Enhanced Measurement interactions off, use the two-month event/user retention choice, avoid Google Ads links and verify the approved custom-dimension and key-event settings. These remote property controls cannot be enforced or authenticated by this website code and remain a launch check.
Hosting requests
Vercel hosts the static site. To deliver and protect a page, hosting infrastructure necessarily processes HTTP information such as IP address, requested path, time, browser headers and user agent, and may retain operational or security logs under its own policies. ToolPronto does not add an application server or database profile on top of those requests.
Clear or block data
Pick & Split, Counter, Focus Timer and Typing Test include their own clear actions. Remove favorites by selecting their stars again. For Time Zone Planner, Unit Converter, all favorites, the PWA cache and every ToolPronto local record at once, clear cookies and site data for toolpronto.com in your browser settings.
Clearing site data also removes the _ga cookie stored for this site, although a later measured visit may create a new identifier. You can block Google Analytics with browser privacy controls, a content blocker or Google’s browser add-on. Google blocking, tag failure and offline use do not stop the tools from working.
Ads, changes and questions
ToolPronto is 100% free and shows no ads in this first release. If advertising, providers, collected events or this data boundary change, this page and the review date must change before that behavior is described as current.
